Innsbruck · Physiotherapy & performance

Back to movement.Back to performance.

We treat the cause, rebuild capacity and take you all the way back to the load your sport or your work actually demands.

What we do

Four areas, one continuous process.

01

Physiotherapy

Assessment · Manual therapy · Active care

A full movement assessment first, treatment second. We look at how you load, compensate and recover before anyone touches a treatment plan.

  • Movement screening
  • Manual therapy
  • Pain management
  • Active home programme

02

Sports rehabilitation

Post-injury · Post-operative · Structured build

Progressive loading with clear weekly targets. Every phase has an entry and exit criterion, so you always know where you are in the process.

  • Phase-based planning
  • Strength reconstruction
  • Load monitoring
  • Sport-specific drills

03

Return to sport

Testing · Criteria · Clearance

The step most people skip. We test capacity against the demands of your sport before you go back to full competition intensity.

  • Capacity testing
  • Change-of-direction work
  • Confidence under load
  • Return criteria

04

Personal training

1:1 · Small group · Long term

For people who want to stay out of the treatment room. Strength, mobility and conditioning programmed around your schedule and history.

  • 1:1 coaching
  • Strength programming
  • Mobility work
  • Ongoing reviews

Sports rehabilitation

Not just pain free.
Loadable again.

Pain leaving is not the same as being ready. A structured build is what stops the same injury coming back in six weeks.

  • 01

    Analysis

Movement, load history and the demands you are returning to.

  • 02

    Build

Progressive strength work with measurable weekly targets.

  • 03

    Capacity

Volume, speed and fatigue tolerance under controlled conditions.

  • 04

    Return to sport

Sport-specific testing before full intensity is cleared.

The practice

Treatment rooms and a training floor in the same building.

Therapy and rehabilitation belong together. Our space is built so a session can move from the treatment table onto the floor without changing location — or losing continuity.

  • Private treatment rooms
  • Open training and rehab floor
  • Testing and assessment area
  • Barrier-free access

Process

From first call to full load.

Five steps. You always know which one you are in and what has to be true before the next one starts.

  1. 01

    Appointment

Tell us what happened and what you want to get back to. We book the right slot length.

  2. 02

    Assessment

A full session dedicated to understanding the problem, not just the symptom.

  3. 03

    Therapy

Hands-on work combined with an active programme you actually understand.

  4. 04

    Build

Load is added deliberately. Progress is reviewed, not assumed.

  5. 05

    Return

Testing against your real demands before we call it finished.
